Reservations made cannot be cancelled nor modified.
In case of No Show, a penalty of 1 night charges would apply.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Rates quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
2. Early Check-In & late Check-Out are subject to availability.
3. Our Check-in time is 3.00pm and Check-out time is12.00 noon
4. If you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. This can be done by visiting www.hoteldelaferns.com.my

7. DEPOSIT : 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is non refundable.

Cancellation Policy / NO-SHOW Policy

1. Cancellation with notice by email more than 72 Hours prior to arrival no charges.
2. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or in case of a No-Show, a One Night-stay per room will be charged to your credit card/debit card.
3. No refund for any unutilized services included in the package or for early check out and no-show.
