Cancellation Policy / NO-SHOW Policy
01) Cancellation with notice by email more than 72 Hours prior to arrival no charges.
02) In case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival or in case of a No-Show, One Night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.
03) No refund for un-utilized services included in the package or for early check out and no-show.

Child Policy
01) Please note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
02) Child below 3yrs old stay complimentary sharing existing bedding including breakfast.
03) Child aged from 4 – 11yrs old will be charged MYR60.00nett sharing existing bedding not including breakfast.
04) No Extra Bed is provided in this hotel.
